Violita was created from a deep respect for materials and the stories they carry. In our Miami studio showroom, surfaces are not simply selected — they are studied, shaped, and reinterpreted for each individual space.
We specialize in terrazzo in cement and resin, bespoke marble applications, and handcrafted antique mirrors, offering tailored solutions rather than mass-produced products. Every project begins with listening: to the architecture, to the client, and to the atmosphere a space is meant to express.
The foundation of Violita is rooted in art, archaeology, and mosaic studies in Ravenna — an Italian city renowned for its Byzantine artistic heritage and centuries-old artisan tradition. This background informs a method that is precise and historically grounded, yet open to innovation and responsive to the needs of the contemporary American market.
Custom mosaics in marble, Venetian glass, and ceramic are developed with technical rigor and a strong design sensibility — conceived as integrated architectural elements, not ornamental additions.
Violita is a niche studio working closely with designers, architects, and private clients who value detail, authenticity, and flexibility. Each project is approached individually, with solutions shaped around aesthetic goals, functional needs, and budget considerations — because true craftsmanship is not defined by excess, but by intention.
The studio also offers mosaic courses for beginners and advanced students alike, welcoming those who wish to discover or deepen their understanding of this ancient art.
At Violita, materials are not just finishes.
They are knowledge, process, and possibility.
In 2018, Pamela expanded her expertise to introduce other Italian manufacturing companies to the US market, focusing on high-quality surfaces such as marble, mosaic, antique mirrors, and terrazzo.
In April 2023, ViolITA was born in Miami’s Little Haiti Art & Design District: a creative hub, workshop, mosaic school, and exhibition showroom — a material library where artisanal techniques and diverse surfaces come together to inspire unique, tailored solutions for designers and architects.
If you need a mosaic logo, a custom terrazzo project for hospitality, or bespoke marble design solutions, ViolITA can assist you. With years of expertise in materials and artisanal techniques, we guide clients from concept to execution, including in-studio prototyping and sample creation for small-scale custom projects. We also help select the best suppliers and solutions, carefully balancing budget, timing, and quality to achieve exceptional results.
